How do I return an item?

TRD Leather Return Policy Effective: 08/25/2022.

Thank you for your purchase from TRD Leather. We appreciate your business. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. 

Please see the full details below regarding our return policy and process. You can return your item 30 days from the date you received it.Any item from TRD Leather can be returned, no questions asked.For all returns, please include the purchased item, along with: Proof of purchase, Reason for return.

 Shipping Fees: You are responsible for all return shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable. TRD Leather strongly recommends that you use a trackable method to ship your return. Restocking Fee All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15%. Exceptions TRD Leather does not charge a restocking fee if: Items are damaged and/or defective, Customer did not order item.

 Process Details: To return your purchase from TRD Leather, place the item securely in in its original packaging, if possible, along with Proof of purchase and reason for return. Please mail your return to the following address: 6321 Detroit Ave  Cleveland, Ohio 44102 United States. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, TRD Leather will process your return. Please allow at least 12 days to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
